Payments

ALL payments from FULL ORDERS to ourfoxvalley@hotmail.com must be made within 5 HOURS of placing your order. 

Orders with outstanding payments beyond this time will result in items marked as now available for the next one interested.

Policy

We have a final sale policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase you can email or dm to discuss.

 

Please contact us by email at ourfoxvalley@hotmail.com . If the purpose of an accepted return is due to damaged/defective product or wrong processing of order, we will cover the shipping fee.

Please make sure the products are packaged with love when returning. Once I receive the product in the mail, I will then set up the exchange or store credit.

Damages and Issues

ALL items are preloved, please understand that there could be some wear and tear to the clothing, I list and show as much as I can to describe the items conditions.

Please take a good look at your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will make sure to make it right for you!!
